RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you receive merchandise that is defective, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the date delivered, and advise Antika here as soon as possible. Returned purchases will be repaired or replaced depending on the defect. If Antika deems it appropriate for a refund, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment. Delivery costs for defective purchases will be refunded.
Antika is happy to exchange merchandise in the event you change your mind, just go online and purchase the item you wish to purchase in exchange - this way you guarantee the item. Send the original item you wish to exchange, back to us in its original, new condition and in its original packaging and include the original invoice. This must be done within 14 days of the date delivered. As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund within 48 business hours, and email you when the process is complete.
For exchanges, please include a return bag addressed to you. Antika recommends returning items via an insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you carry adequate insurance to cover the purchase price and delivery. Antika does not assume responsibility for compensation or reimbursement for returned merchandise if the package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
It is not currently possible to return an item in exchange for store credit. Returned items for exchange that have been worn, used or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged. Antika reserves the right not to exchange purchases should they be returned not in accordance with these guidelines.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us here as soon as possible and we will do our best to satisfy your request. If the merchandise has been shipped, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled until the merchandise has been returned to us.
