DELIVERY
For security, all Antika purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. If you wish to check the status of your order and delivery, or if you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact us here.
Most purchases arrive in an Antika box tied with ribbon or, for small items such as chains, an Antika envelope tied with ribbon. For gifts, there is provision in your Cart to write a gift message.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Within Australia, parcels are sent Express Post (estimate 1-3 business days from dispatch to receive your order), or Standard Post (estimate 2-8 business days from dispatch). Parcels are usually dispatched on same day of order or next business day.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Outside Australia, a fee of $39.90 is added. Parcels are sent registered mail and allow minimum 7-12 business days from dispatch. Express International is available - allow minimum 3-6 business days from dispatch. Express International with Insurance is also available but additional charges apply.
- Who Pays? You, the customer, is responsible for paying all local duties, taxes, and postal handling fees required to release the package from customs. Antika does not collect or pay these fees upfront.
- How Much? Fees are calculated by your local customs authority and vary by country, region, and item value.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping costs or non-refundable fees incurred by Antika will be deducted from your final refund.
TRACKING
We hold the tracking number internally for each delivery. You will be notified by email of your tracking number and dispatch date. If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain your documentation and contact us immediately here and we will track your package for you.
